Hinsongd’s Tequila Coffee Cocktail Recipe:
Pull a Ristretto to have only 30 ml in the cup from 15 g coffee in the portafilter.
Add 30 ml of Patron XO coffee liqueur. (at freezer temp)
Top with steamed/frothed milk as you would for a latte.
The resulting drink is cooler than a typical latte because of the cold liqueur, but still warm. The liqueur provides sweetness along with the more floral flavors of tequila.
