1 cup sugar
1 n 1/2 tbsp butter
6 to 7 tbsp cream
_ Take a pan n grease it with oil n add sugar.
_ Let the sugar melt on low heat until gets light brown.
_ Now add butter n let it melt n mix.
_ Add cream n give a good mix.
_ Caramel sauce is ready.keep it aside for later use.
1 cup fresh milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp instant coffee
_ Add milk to saucepan along with sugar n bring to boil.
_ Then add coffee n let it well combined
_ Coffee milk is ready,keep it aside.
1/2 cup dairy cream
1/2 cup condense milk
1 tsp coco powder
1 tsp coffee powder
_ Add cream to bowl n whisk well.
_ Add condensed milk n mix well.
_ Now add coffee n coco powder n whisk well until well combined.
_ Coffee cream is ready.
_ Take 2 transparent glasses n in the bottom place vanila sponge cake.
_ Soak the cake in coffee milk n put it in refrigrater for 20 min.
_ Add coffee cream.
_ Now add sweet cream n make even layer.
_ Now add coffee cream n make a thick layer.
_ Add cocktail fruit n place them evenly.
_ Add sweet cream top it with caramel sauce.
_ Place it in refrigerater to get it chilled.
_ Coffee delight is ready to serve.
